About the Convention

Two hours that can change how your team treats people

Your aid in creating a service culture — one conversation at a time.

The Annual Customer Service Week Convention is Nef-Aid Solutions’ flagship celebration of International Customer Service Week, observed around the world during the first week of October each year. Now in its fifth year, the convention brings business owners and work teams together for a focused, practical morning of learning — completely free of charge and delivered online, so you can participate from anywhere.

This year’s edition tackles a subject that quietly shapes every customer interaction: workplace civility. How colleagues speak to and treat one another on the inside shows up in how customers are treated on the outside. Our four speakers will share practical, experience-based guidance on building a working environment that is safe, supportive and free from bullying — and on what each of us, at every level, can contribute to that culture.

The convention is designed to sensitise teams on the importance of fostering workplaces in which respect, civility and psychological safety are non-negotiable — improving communication in the workplace and encouraging Botho, the shared humanity and compassion that underpins truly great service. Organisations of every size join the celebration, from government ministries to private companies and NGOs.

Who should attend?

The 2026 Theme

Leading with Civility

“How we all contribute to a safe, supportive and bully-free environment.”

Safe

Every member of the team deserves to speak up, ask questions and make mistakes without fear of ridicule, hostility or reprisal. Safety is the foundation of honest customer service.

Supportive

Supportive teams lift as they climb. When colleagues back one another — in front of customers and behind the scenes — confidence grows and service standards rise with it.

Bully-Free

From the boardroom to the group chat, bullying erodes morale, drives talent away and leaks directly into the customer experience. Civility is a leadership choice — and a daily practice.

A meeting link will be distributed to registered participants closer to the event date via email. Please make sure each member of your team registers individually with a correct email address so that everyone receives their link in time. If you misplace the link, you can still watch the view-only stream on this page on the day — just unlock it with your email in the Join Live section.

Can we download and share the convention flyer?

Yes — the official convention flyer is available as a downloadable PDF: . Feel free to email it to colleagues, print it for your notice board or share it in your team WhatsApp groups — and remember that each participant registers individually.
